KATHMANDU: The Election Commission stated on Thursday that printing of ballot papers for proportional representation elections had been completed. EC Spokesperson Navaraj Dhakal said 17.4 million ballot papers were printed for the PR elections at Janak Education Material Centre press. “We have completed printing PR ballot papers needed for the provincial and parliamentary elections,” said Dhakal.
