Take upcoming polls as referendum: Minister Pande

CHITWAN: Minister for Forest and Soil Conservation Bikram Pande has stressed that the forthcoming elections to House of Representatives and State Assemblies would be a referendum. During an interaction organised by Nepal Ex-Army Association at Gitanagar of Chitwan on Thursday, Minister Pande said this election would a defining moment whether the country would adopt democracy or communism. Also the election candidate from Chitwan constituency no 3, Minister Pande said it was challenging to protect constitution. It is also the test of the democratic forces, he added. Also the Vice-Chairman of RPP-Democratic, Minister Pande is contesting against the heavyweight- Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
