KATHMANDU: The government on Saturday strongly condemned the deadly attack at a Sufi mosque in Egypt on Friday and expressed deep sorrow at the killing of hundreds of innocent civilians. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a press release conveying condolences to the Government of Egypt and the families of victims. “At this moment of grief and sorrow, Nepal conveys condolences to the Government of Egypt and families of victims of the barbaric attack,” MoFA said in its release. In line with its long-standing principled position, Nepal strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, MoFA stated in its release.
