KATHMANDU: Vote counting has begun for the first phase polls to elect representatives for the lower house of the Federal Parliament and State Assemblies held on November 26, 2017. As per the preliminary vote-count that began earlier today, the left coalition is comfortably leading the race with the Nepali Congress and alliance struggling to catch up.
