KATHMANDU: According to the latest update from vote-counting station for Kathmandu Constituency-4, Nepali Congress leader Gagan Thapa has taken a slight lead against UML's candidate Rajan Bhattarai. 'Gagan Thapa's vote count at 5:00 pm was 4207 whereas UML's candidate for the same constutuency, Rajan Bhattarai was trailing by 14 votes at 4193,' a source said. Earlier, as the vote counting started today, Bhattarai had maintained a constant lead till the latest count.
