Khanal, Nembang taking lead in Ilam

ILAM: CPN-UML's senior leader Jhala Nath Khanal is taking lead in vote count for parliament seat with more than 4,000 votes in Ilam constituency 1.

According to the latest update, Khanal has garnered 9,969 votes against 5,759 votes secured by Nepali Congress's Bhupendra Kattel.

Likewise, in constituency 2, CPN-UML's Subash Nembang is ahead of NC's Keshab Thapa. Nembang has received 9,843 votes, followed by Thapa with 6,973 votes.
