RAJBIRAJ: Candidate of Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal (RJP-N) Manish Kumar Suman has emerged victorious in province assembly of Saptari-2 'Kha'. Suman secured 8,939 votes while his nearest rival Mahesh Kumar Yadav of left alliance got 4,968 votes.
