GAUSHALA: Saroj Singh of the Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal (FSF-N) has been elected as a member of the Provincial Assembly from Mahottari-4 (B). Singh secured 7,555 votes while his nearest rival Saroj Yadav of the CPN-UML garnered 5,079 votes, according to Chief Returinng Officer Brajesh Pyakurel.
