KATHMANDU: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari organised an informal tea-party at the office of the President on Monday marking Makar Sankranti. On the occasion, President Bhandari passed on her good wishes to guests including Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Chief Justice Gopal Parajuli and other prominent leaders and members of the Nepali political sphere. Likewise, National Poet (Rastrakavi) Madhav Prasad Ghimere along with other media personalities, actors, athletes and members of various social organizations were present at the ceremony.
