POKHARA: Chahana Media Pvt Ltd based in Pokhara is going to honour national poet (Rastrakavi) Madhav Prasad Ghimire with the 'Lifetime Achievement Award' including Rs 51,111 cash. Information about this was shared at a press meet here today. The award will be presented to the nonagenarian poet on coming April 28, according to Media chair Sahadev Koirala. Likewise, senior folksinger Buddhi Krishna Lamichhane will be honoured with the title of 'Bishista Lok Sahityakarmi' along with cash prize of Rs 11,151. On the occasion, awards under various 42 categories will be offered to personalities related to music field while singer Haridevi Koirala will be conferred with the Bishesh Samman (special award) by the media.
