Hetauda, February 3 Deputy Prime Minister and Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Kamal Thapa today said that the new government would be formed by February 23. Addressing party cadres at Makawanpur’s Hetauda, Thapa stated that people did not trust the democratic alliance in the polls. He said he had fully admitted his party’s loss in the polls and was not deviated by election loss. Thapa pledged to spend the next five years serving the people and country. He urged the left alliance to be cautious about one group of people trying to foil formation of the new government. Thapa reiterated that left alliance had the mandate from the people to form the government and his party was in favour of the government by the alliance. In a different context, Thapa held that his party had earned the mandate to stage protest from the streets for reinstatement of Hindu state. “We will keep struggling for reinstatement of Hindu state from the streets,” he said. Thapa said he had played a decisive role in making Hetauda the temporary headquarters of Province 3 as it was suitable to become the capital from all perspectives.
