The deceased have been identified as Man Singh Dhami (40) and Hari Dev Dhami (40) of Rishidaha in Mellekh Rural Municipality-1 of the district.

The incident occurred while they were extracting stone slates for roof of the house of a local Nanda Bista. Bista was also injured in the incident.

Further investigation into the case in underway, according to police.
