KATHMANDU: Former prime minister and founder member of the Nepali Congress (NC), Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, during a meeting with leaders of the Nepali Congress (Democratic), Dr Narayan Khadka, Chirinjivi Wagle and Bjay Kumar Gachhedhar, is learnt to have laid emphasis on the need for unification of the two parties for the sake of democracy. The three leaders had met Bhattarai at his residence in Bhaisepati on Saturday. “We discussed the current situation of the country with Bhattarai,” Chirinjibi Wagle said.
