HETAUDA: Chief Minister of Province 3, Dor Mani Poudel has remarked that there are challenges pertaining to federal practice as the constitution is undergoing implementation phase. Speaking at a ceremony organised by Madan Bhandari Foundation in Hetauda on Thursday, CM Poudel said that the people have entrusted him with a big responsibility and he will fulfill it accordingly. Likewise, the chief minister said that the province government is committed to build a prosperous country. Moreover, CM Poudel also pledged to walk upon the path showed by Late Madan Bhandari while praising Bhandari for his contribution to the country.
