KATHMANDU: As many as 36 persons were arrested in course of the 'sweep operation' undertaken by the Metropolitan Police Sector in Gangobu. Metropolitan Police Sector with support from Police Circle Maharajgunj, Balaju, Gaushala and Soyambhu held the people in the operation carried out during the night time. Police arrested those operating sex businesses at hotels, restaurants and rented flats in the Bus Park side. Circle in-Charge Pratap Poudel said further investigation is being carried out in the incidents. Total 120 police personnel were mobilized in course of the operation. 'We will initiate investigation and go for court against those found guilty, Poudel shared.
