Mobile phone distributed to visually impaired students

MANGALBARE, ILAM: Android mobile phones with special inbuilt software have been distributed to the visually impaired students in Ilam district. The Association of the People with Visual Impairment, with assistance from Action Disabled Rights and Development Nepal, had distributed the phone sets to help them with their studies, said Association Chairman Padam Subba. The visually impaired students have also been provided residences at a local Bal Mandir primary school.
