KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 300,000 were destroyed in a fired that destroyed a molasses mill in Krishnanagar Municipality-9 of Kapilvastu district on Saturday. According to police, the fire that broke out in the Mahesh Molasses Mill spread all over the factory due to the wind and gutted raw materials and other property housed inside. The fire burnt 40 quintals of processed molasses, the warehouse and other goods at the mill,informed the Area Police Office, Bahadurgunj.
