KATHMANDU: Indian Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj on Sunday made a phone call to congratulate Nepal's newly elected Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali. In the congratulatory letter, the Indian Minister expressed her confidence on further strengthening the bilateral relation between Nepal and India during his tenure, the Embassy of India in Nepal tweeted in its official micro-blogging site.
