RAJBIRAJ: Chairman of Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal (FSF-N) Upendra Yadav has accused the central government of lingering to allocate budget to governments in the provinces.

Speaking during a programme organised by the Muslim Society Saptari in Rajbiraj on Saturday, FSF-N chair Yadav said, ' The central government intends to make the Province 2 government failure.' He went on to say that the joint government of Forum and Rastriya Janata Party

Nepal in Province 2 was the most poor and deprived province among the seven provinces in the federal Nepal.

He was of the view that only unity among diversities--all caste community and religion--would help to make the Province 2 stronger and lead it towards prosperity.

Also speaking on the occasion, Province 2 Chief Minister Lalbabu Raut said the condition of Muslim in the country was more miserable than of dalit. He remarked that poverty and poor level of education remain as major challenges to develop the province.

On the occasion leader Yadav, the Chief Minister, and Province 2 minister for agriculture, land management and cooperatives Shailendra Prasad Saha were handed the Nepali translated copy of Quaran, the major religious texts of Muslim and offered shawls and caps
