KATHMANDU: Ujaya Shakya, managing director of Outreach Nepal, has been bestowed with Flame Leadership Award at the Flame Awards 2018, in Mumbai.

The Flame Awards were instituted by Rural Marketing Association of India in 2006 to recognise excellence in marketing, promotion and initiatives across rural markets of India.

It also recognises and honours individuals/professionals for their extraordinary contribution towards marketing.

It also recognises individuals who have demonstrated an extraordinary personal commitment to either enable their organisation to excel in accomplishing its mission and goals or his/her efforts should have positively affected the rural marketing industry in a significant way.
