KATHMANDU: Bank of Kathmandu (BoK) and Gurans Life Insurance Company Ltd (GLIC) have signed a pact to commence bancassurance service to facilitate the bank’s customers regarding procurement of life insurance policies. Ritesh Lamichhane, head of marketing from BoK, and Saroj Budhathoki Chhettri, assistant general manager from GLIC signed a pact in this regard. With this arrangement, bank’s existing and potential customers can now easily procure life insurance policy directly from the 79 bank branches.
