Kathmandu, March 6:

A meeting of Kathmandu district committees of the seven-party alliance held at the Nepali Congress Kathmandu District Committee office on Monday appealed to all the party cadres and women to participate in a joint rally in the capital on the occasion of International Working Women’s Day on March 8. The rally would start at Maitidevi Chowk.

The alliance would also take out a rally along with black flags on March 10 from Ason, according to a press statement issued by the Nepali Congress Kathmandu district working committee. The meeting also appealed to various walks of life to participate in the International Working Women’s Day.
