CHITWAN: A man died after he was attacked by a rhino in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-25 of Chitwan district on Tuesday night. The deceased has been identified as local Arjun Chhetri (50). According to police, Chhetri and two others were returning from a fishing trip in the Rapti River when they were attacked by the rhino that exited from Dobhan Community Forest, critically injuring Chhetri. Injured Chhetri succumbed to his injuries on the way to a medical facility in Bharatpur, informed police. Two others, however, managed to escape the attack. Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
