Sindhulimadi, June 2  District Administration Office, Sindhuli, has sent a list of 20 construction companies to the Ministry of Home Affairs seeking action. Shree K S/ Devimaran JV, JB Construction Service, Aatreya Construction Service, Subham Construction Service, Dhulikhel Shiva Shambhu/Kunwar JV, Shikhar Construction Service, Shiva Shikhar Construction Service, Siddha Baba Aatreya Nawayug JV, Siddha Baba Construction Pvt have been recommended for action. Similarly, the DAO has also recommended action against Pappu Lumbeni JV, Gauri Parbati Nilgiri National JV, Swachhanda Construction Service, Pappu National Pragati JV, Sarbauddar Sagarmatha JV, Surya KS JV, Kankai Thapa JV, Sunaulo Khimti JV and Kankai Thapa Biruwa JV Pvt. Construction work has been halted at various places of the district due to the negligence of construction companies. construction of Dandikhahare-Majinidamar Road section, Madhutar-Ratmata Road, Treasury and Comptroller Office’s building, Bhawani Secondary School’s building and the DAO building has been left in lurch following the same. Similarly, the construction of the bridges over Kamala River, Kukur Khola, Bagmati Khola, Shokhu Khola, Bhadure Khola, among other rivers, has also been left incomplete. Acting chief district officer Gyan Prasad Dhakal said that the office had recommended the names of the companies for action as they did not heed the frequent warnings to complete the projects on time.
