KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is addressing a special programme at the provincial assembly meeting of Province 3 in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City, Makawanpur. According to the Secretariat of Province Parliament, PM Oli is talking about various aspects and possibilities of development, today at the province assembly meeting. Prior to this, the prime minister had addressed Province 5 assembly on April 29.
