KATHMANDU: The Public Service Commission (PSC) has formulated a three-year 'strategic plan' aiming to systematise organisations in all seven provinces. According to PSC information officer, Devi Prasad Subedi, the document will be unveiled on June 15 on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of PSC. Keeping the PSC credibility intact in the federal structure, determining the merit system and making administrative human resources familiar with technology are among those issues incorporated in the plan. Meanwhile, an eight-member committee has been constituted to celebrate the PSC anniversary. The committee is headed by its chair Umesh Prasad Mainali. A meeting held between representatives from state-owned media houses and PSC publicity sub-committee today decided to publish the news and reports about the PSC organisational history and its activities in 'Gorkhapatra', the national daily. Likewise, Radio Nepal will host a panel discussion.
