Plane veers off runway at Pokhara Airport, passengers safe

POKHARA: An aircraft of Yeti Airlines has veered off 20 metres from the runway upon landing at Pokhara Airport, today. According to police, no injuries or human casualties were reported in the incident. As many as 30 passengers and three crew members were aboard the flight with call sign AHU 681 which landed at 2:25 pm. The plane had made a successful landing and went off course while heading towards the taxiway as its hydraulic system saw a glitch. All airport operations have resumed following a minor disruption.
