Rajbiraj, July 7 Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population Upendra Yadav today said that current change was incomplete. Speaking at a programme in Rajbiraj of Saptari, Yadav stated that country was yet to witness the change envisioned by the people. “The struggle for bringing complete change is still on,” Yadav added. Yadav held that they had many obstacles to implement federalism in the country. “We have to institutionalise the achievements so far and continue fighting for more,” he stated. Yadav, who is also the chairman of Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal, said that the government was serious about addressing the issues raised by Dr Govinda KC, who has been staging his 15th hunger strike in Humla, demanding reforms in the medical education sector. Saptari chapter of Federation Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry chairman Arun Pradhan submitted a concept paper for the development of the district Yadav.
