KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defense Ishwar Pokharel has said that the Nepal Army (NA) was executing development projects as per the constitution, national security policy and the aspirations of people.

Responding to the questions raised by lawmakers during deliberations on the Appropriation Bill in the National Assembly meeting today, DPM Pokharel said that the national pride project, Kathmandu-Tarai Fast Track will be completed on time.

DPM Pokharel also informed that army personnel are constructing 27 roads and 30 bridges in the country, at present.
