Chitwan, July 12 Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Co-chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal today said everybody had to honour the verdict of the court on the murder of Krishna Parasad Adhikari of Fujel, Gorkha. Speaking to journalists at a press meet organised jointly by Press Chautari and Chitwan Press Centre at Bharatpur Airport today, Dahal said there was no point in talking about the incident time and again. “The alleged Chhabilal Poudel is doing time in prison to create a positive atmosphere with utmost sincerity and responsibility but it depends on how the plaintiff responds. I don’t think we should talk much about it now,” said Dahal. He clarified that his party was not holding any discussion about declaring provincial capital as the province governments were responsible for deciding on the issue. “If Chitwan is declared the permanent capital of Province 3, it will be a harbinger of happiness for all of us,” he added. Dahal also said discussion with doctors of the medical association was being held about airlifting the agitating doctor Govinda KC to Kathmandu for treatment and holding further talks on his demands. “However, whether Dr KC’s  demands can be fulfilled verbatim, only the House can decide as it is the sovereign of all,” said Dahal.
