KATHMANDU: Talks held between the government and Dr Govinda KC's side have ended inconclusively today and would continue tomorrow morning. The meeting held at Ministry of Education, Science and Technology at Singha Durbar is headed to a positive direction, according to the Ministry's statement. Dr KC's side, Dr Abhishek Raj Singh and Secretary at the Ministry, Khagaraj Baral had co-signed the press release. Deputy parliamentary party leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Subash Chandra Nembang had taken initiatives for informal talks with Dr KC's team.
