KATHMANDU: Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has issued a warning of possible flash flood in areas nearby Bishnumati River and Dhobikhola in Kathmandu. The DHM stating heavy rainfall and presence of Cumulonimbus clouds hovering over Northern outskirts of Kathmandu has asked the valley denizens residing nearby the rivers to be alert.
