Bajura, August 24 Locals of Dogadi in Khaptad Chhededaha Rural Municipality-5 are living in terror after a series of jackal attacks in the past one week in Bajura. As the jackals entered the human settlement and attacked people, including children and elderly, it has unleashed terror among locals. The frequent entry of the wild animal has unleashed terror among school going children and farmers working in the fields. Locals have sought support from security agencies to take jackals under control. Many people have been attacked while going and returning from work. “As many as seven people sustained serious injuries due to jackal’s attacks on Wednesday alone and have been undergoing treatment at Dogadi Health Post. Earlier, as many as five persons were attacked,” said Dil Bahadur Rawat, a local.
