BHAKTAPUR: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said the communist majority government was working in the direction of achieving rapid economic and social development. Inaugurating the Madan Bhandari Asian School at Kharipati here today, PM Oli said the government efforts were concentrated on achieving prosperity for the future generation. 'Sustainable economic development is the top priority of this government,' he asserted, adding that with the balanced relations with China and India, Nepal would launch metro rails connecting both countries. According to him, the period of conflict management is over in Nepal, so time has come for development and prosperity. On the occasion, former Prime Minister and senior CPN leader Madhav Kumar Nepal said it was now the responsibility of CPN to lead the activities for country's prosperity and economic development. He also suggested the present government to initiate for the establishment of Madan Bhandari Asian University. Similarly, leader Bam Dev Gautam said the government needs to utilize the available opportunities.
