KATHMANDU: This is the last day of the Portuguese Film Festival. The last film to be screened on March 24 at the Russian Cultural Centre at 3:00 pm is Rasganco (Rending). Coimbra, the most complex of all characters, tells the story: I am not just a city. I am a hothouse. A natural reserve for students, whre they live in complete freedom. One January morning a man arrived. he fell in love with me and with my women. The fool, he didn’t understand that I am not availablt for anyone, but only for those who can and that love does not open my old gates.
