GULMI: Two men were killed when a jeep skidded off the road and fell some 300 metres into a local river in Chandrakot of Gulmi district today morning.

The deceased have been identified as Bharat Bahadur Gurung (53) and Lal Bahadur Gurung (39) of Chandrakot Rural Municipality-2.

The vehicle (Lu 1 Ja 2181) was returning to Chandrakot from Hatiya of Baglung after delivering goods when the accident occurred, informed the police.
