PALPA: Palpa-Butwal road will remain closed from December 3 to 5 for maintenance and upgrading works.

The road from Chidiyakhola of Tinau Rural Municipality in Palpa to Bhutkhola section of the road will be closed every day.

All vehicles except essential services will be barred from Kerabari to Chidiyakhola from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Division Road Office information officer Pabitra Mani Acharya said.

The road has to be closed as large rocks need to be broken down, landslide debris removed, and the road section renovated.
