DAMAULI: Two persons died on the spot after the tractor they were travelling on fell below the road in Ghiring Rural Municipality-3 of Tanahun on Saturday night. The deceased have been identified as tractor driver Indra Bahadur Nepali (26) of Bhimad Municipality-1 and Suka Bahadur BK 936) of Ghiring Rural Municipality-3 in the district, informed Tanahun District Police Office. According to police, the incident occurred when the hay-laden tractor (Na 6 Ta 6860) en route from Siling to Ghiring Bazaar plunged some 100 metres below in Siling at 11:00 pm yesterday, killing the duo. Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
