Hetauda, February 19 Province 3 Chief Minister Dormani Poudel today said that the social security programme and Prime Minister Employment Programme had excited people in the country. Speaking at a programme organised on the occasion of Democracy Day in Hetauda, CM Poudel held that the two programmes would be fully implemented. He opined that youths would not stay jobless and would not stay with empty stomachs from now onwards in Nepal. Poudel said the three tiers of the government were committed to serving people and the country. “The province government, despite facing myriad of challenges, is working to usher in development and prosperity in the country.” He said his government had set its focus on infrastructure, modernisation of agriculture, tourism promotion and entrepreneurship. Poudel argued that accomplishment of prosperity would be true respect to the sacrifice and struggle for democracy, republicanism and federalism. He urged all to be one in materialising the campaign of Happy Nepalis, Prosperous Nepal. Expressing condolences to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for democracy, Poudel pledged to walk the path shown by martyrs.
