Dhankuta, April 7 A person died when a rafting boat bound for Sunsari’s Chatara from Mulghat of Dhankuta capsized in the Tamor River today. The deceased has been identified 54-year-old Ram Bahadur Gurung. Gurung, who was critically injured in the incident, breathed his last while being rushed to Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, said Inspector Rajesh Shrestha. Dhankuta Municipality had started rafting in the Tamor River from Yakchanatar to Mulghat in the year 2018.
