KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has formed a four-member panel led by former director general of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Rajesh Raj Gali to probe Sunday’s crash of a Summit Air aircraft at Lukla Airport. Other members of the panel are Rajesh Shrestha, engineer of Nepal Airlines Corporation; Rabindra Dangol, captain of Tara Air; and Buddhi Sagar Lamichhane, joint secretary at MoCTCA.
