Rajbiraj, June 6 As many as 500 patients received health service free of cost at a health camp organised in Aadharbhut Lower Secondary School of Rajbiraj Municipality in Saptari, today. The health camp was organised targeting patients suffering from skin diseases. The municipality’s department of health organised the one-day health camp in coordination with the ward office. As many as 506 people suffering from skin-related diseases received services. Three leprosy patients were also found in the camp. Officer at district health office Gunjeshwor Prasad Yadav said MB type of leprosy was found in two while PB was found in one. A team of health workers led by skin disease specialist Dr Krishna Bahadur Tamang of Lalgadh Hospital, Dhanusha, provided health services to patients at the camp. Ward No 7 Chairman Shambhu Prasad Yadav of the municipality said the team of health workers comprising seven members had provided services free of cost.
