KATHMANDU: The Judicial Council decided to transfer the Chief Judge of Patan High Court Kumar Chudal to Surkhet High Court, Chief Judge of Tulsipur High Court Nahkul Subedi to Patan High Court and Chief Judge of Surkhet High Court Ramesh Pokharel to Tulsipur High Court.
