KATHMANDU: Chitwan District Attorney Office today registered a case against TV show host Rabi Lamichhane and two others in connection to the suicide of journalist Shalik Ram Pudasaini. It has been reported the District Attorney Office filed the case against Lamichhane, Yuvraj Kandel and Asmita Karki on the basis of the charge sheet prepared by Chitwan District Police Office. The trio were taken into police custody after a video featuring Pudasaini's statement blaming them for his suicide was made public, about 10 days ago. If found guilty, they will be liable to fines of up to Rs 50,000 and five years in prison.
