A member of the National Human Rights Commission, Dr Ram Dayal Rakesh, has said the commission would extend its activites to rural areas. Inaugurating the NHRC contact office in Butwal on Saturday, he said: “The NHRC would provide its services to the people in rural areas.” He said the NHRC was committed to protecting human rights.
