KATHMANDU: The nationwide coronavirus death-toll has advanced to 1,819 with three more fatalities reported on Saturday. Globally, 1.7 million people have lost their lives to Covid-19 while over 79 million people have been infected by the novel coronavirus. Today, 500 new infections have surfaced after which Nepal’s total cases of infection have reached 257,700. On Friday, eight additional fatalities had taken the country-wide toll to 1,816.
