DAMAULI, JANUARY 9 Rastriya Prajanata Party-Nepal Chair Kamal Thapa today said monarchy would have to be reinstated in the country. Addressing his party’s programme at Damauli today, Thapa said monarchy’s restoration was indispensable to uplift the socio-economic status of the country. Noting that the development of religion and culture befitting the geography and nation was necessary, Thapa said the country should not have imported the idea of secularism. He said the monarchy’s end had put the country’s nationality, integrity and unity in peril.
