School kids assisted in Saptari

RAJBIRAJ, JANUARY 13 Soldiers’ Wives Association and Aziz Foundation provided clothes, bags and other items to the students of Sharada Preliminary School of Gobargadha, Hanumannagar Kankalini Municipality, Saptari. Some 135 students of the school were provided with school bags, shoes and socks by the soldiers’ Wife Association, and they were provided with tracksuits and t-shirts by the Aziz Foundation at a programme held at the school today. The association’s member Supriya Thapa, Bhim Dal Battalion Lieutenant Colonel Niraj Bhandari, the Foundation’s founding chairperson Seraki Lamu Sherpa, founding member Roshan Bhandari, Ambassador Kishan Bhandari and others handed over the items to the kids. “We provided the items by preparing a list of children from poor and impoverished families and those who are extremely affected by the cold. The assistance was managed as a part of the association and the foundation’s social responsibility. Just a few days ago too, the association had provided wheelchairs to 13 disabled persons. The chairs were provided on the occasion of Disability Day.
