The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) is setting up three regional offices by July. CTEVT deputy director Gopal said yesterday the council will set up three regional offices. “The eastern regional office will be located either in Itahari or Biratnagar. An office either in Hetauda, Bharatpur or Pokhara will cover the central region while an office will be set up either in Kohalpur or Nepalgunj.” Some staffers have opposed the decision as no new staffers will be hired for the new offices.
