Madhyapur Thimi: Nepali Congress General Secretary Kul Bahadur Gurung said the peace accord reached between the government and the Maoists has reached the final stage. He was speaking at a programme on “Constituent Assembly: Concept and Challenges”, organised by Nepal Tarun Dal Central Committee on Friday.
